The end of 2023 was a bit overwhelming for many of us, but we were blessed by grounding with those around us; and we're right into 2024 with some exciting updates to share with all of you! 

In addition to providing Healing Arts through Breathwork & Sound Healing, we've added an exciting element to help create and build the events as well. To maximize our joint talents, we’re now offering rentals for creating turnkey events. Just imagine the ease of having the needed rental equipment and the healing experience all in one place.

Picture this: a solar trailer powering a stage, a kitchen area with a fridge, and lighting all weekend long! We're also currently fine-tuning a hot water system to make it even better and feel more complete.

But that's not all – we're putting the finishing touches on a luxurious flushable composting toilet setup with a heated seat 😆 (because who doesn't want a cozy morning)? We're already working on the ADA-compliant version! 

And a New Stage-Side Visual

Prepare for a captivating visual experience to add to your events!  Skye commissioned a mesmerizing 5 ft x 4 ft Monarch Butterfly, inspired by the exquisite fragility of life, celebrating transformation, and reveling in the beauty of change.

This stunning creation materialized thanks to the perfect timing of our exceptionally gifted friend, Adam Beesley, who happened to be available due to the Actors & Writers' Strike.

2023 RECAP - WHAT WE’VE BEEN UP TO

We closed out 2023 with some incredible events, training and  working with even more amazing groups of people.

2023 Past Events Last year SSEW was blessed to work with The Cayenne Wellness Foundation, the Dr Bronner's Company, the Orange County Museum of Art, a Breast Cancer Awareness Benefit together with the Langham Hotel & City Of Hope Hospital, as well as a variety of our regular offerings

Expanding Impact

With our goal to enable healing for individuals and the planet, we've taken significant steps to expand our impact. Somer recently completed a Mediation facilitator training, complementing his existing Restorative Justice training. Additionally, he underwent disaster relief training with FourSquare Disaster Relief, exploring ways to leverage our event assets as local relief facilities for communities in need.

Sonic Devas

Skye has been connecting to the Divine Feminine, sending peace vibes with her Sonic Devas crew. Their last concert, Chants for peace in December was their collective prayer for peace for our world in these challenging times. Their album is coming out shortly with the release of a first single HADA DEL AGUA (FAIRY OF THE WATER) Check it out on sonicdavis.com.

Retreats and Workshops

Recognizing the challenges some face to bless themselves with restorative practices like BreathBaths, we've shifted our focus to cater towards more Organized Retreats and Workshops. Bringing our services to organizations ensures that even those unfamiliar with healing arts resources can engage and benefit from the transformative practices we offer.

Death Doula LA

For communal healing around death, we've partnered with Death Doula LA for offering not only our classic BreathBaths, coed & men's, at their Chinatown Location, but Grief & Vigil services, and Natural Burial daylong & multi-day events.
