It’s the last month of Q2 as I reflect on where Somer Skye Energy Works have been shared over the last several months.

The state of our growing shop, together with the state of our planet, have trends that align. 

We are transnational citizens healing internally, while supporting and guiding healthy directions for what humanity needs. Our latest account is an exciting foré towards that.

❤️‍🩹 Expanding Into Healthcare Workplace Wellness

We're excited to announce we’ve expanded our BreathWork offerings for our Hospital Program!

Alongside LA County Hospital’s Wellness Wednesdays Program we’re providing BreathBaths for Doctors and Nurses!

Skye now leads our Restorative Breathwork sessions, focusing on Relaxation rather than Transformation.

You can find our first 15-minute Breathwork session on the SomerSkye YouTube channel, which was dedicated to a Doctor friend in Hawaii during the pandemic (Hey Margo🤗).

Our expansion into Healthcare Workplace Wellness offers a great addition and option for participants feeling drained and over-taxed.

🫶🏼 Engaging With Our Community

We’ve been hosting our BreathBaths in conjunction with Death Doula LA.

Our next one is this Thursday, June 27th at 7pm!  Will we see you there??

We’ve enjoyed meeting some new people and providing a space for y’all to come out to to enjoy our community offering, but it’s also been not as well attended as our other offerings in Pasadena.

😎 Closing Thoughts

FINALLY we'd like to publicly thank Stefanie Feldman, our Business Manager, who's been a game changer for us. You can read about Stefanie and our other crew on our website in July.  

We'll be taking some time off this summer to slow down during the heat and reconnect with Friends and Family.
